Delivered through a fast-track buildout over an eight-month construction period, the project integrates medical gas infrastructure and specialized surgical systems to support high-acuity care. Durkin oversaw design coordination, construction, and suite buildouts, ensuring the facility met the precise operational needs of its medical team.
