Social Impact: Supporting Retail Close to Home

Whether the project itself is large or small, Durkin looks for opportunities to make a big impact. That includes the community around us here in Richardson. We’re proud of our work over the years building retail spaces that give local operators a real shot, including startup restaurants, a brewery, a distillery, and other homegrown concepts that don’t always fit the “corporate credit only” model. It’s not always the easiest path, and not every concept works.
