BSW Buckner Terrace Micro-Hospital

This 20,000-square-foot, full build-to-suit micro-hospital is in development in partnership with Emerus and Baylor Scott & White Health. Located in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood just south of I-30, the facility will include an 8-bed Emergency Department, an 8-bed inpatient unit, diagnostic services, office space, and a 5/1000 parking ratio. The fully-leased project began construction in Q1 2026. This micro-hospital expands access to high-quality, convenient care within one of Dallas’ fastest-growing and underserved communities.
