Jeremy has been immersed in construction his entire life, beginning with summers spent working alongside his father, a residential contractor. That early hands-on experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and passion for building, qualities that later fueled the launch of his own landscaping business to fund his college education.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction management, Jeremy most recently served as a Senior Project Manager at Brasfield & Gorrie, a national multi-billion-dollar general contracting company, where he spent 14 years leading highly technical and complex build-outs. His projects included facilities for some of the largest healthcare systems in the country, such as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Emory, Johns Hopkins, Piedmont, Wellstar, and Encompass.

At Durkin, Jeremy leads end-to-end real estate development operations, from site selection and feasibility analysis to entitlements, design coordination, and construction oversight. He is known for his ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration among healthcare providers, architects, and municipal stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities on time and within budget.
