Connor Maloney

Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management

Connor Maloney provides leadership for Durkin's Acquisitions and Asset Management team. Having started his career in residential construction as a custom home builder, he transitioned to the commercial sector to lead Durkin's construction team on-site, consistently delivering high-quality projects on time. Connor's time and experience in the construction industry allowed him to bring a project-first mindset to acquisitions and asset management.

Connor helms numerous deals and assets across a variety of sectors, including medical, hospitality, and multi-family. He leads with a hands-on approach that allows him to fully invest in every project, taking deals from pre-development through acquisition, construction, and to either long-term asset management or disposition. Connor fully invests in every aspect of his projects and has a constant drive to learn and grow. As an asset manager, he focuses on building strong relationships to help navigate through the chaos and bring success to his assets.

Born and raised in Dallas, Connor traveled out of state for college to earn his bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He also helps run a non-profit, Jordan Santiago iCare Foundation, as their Director of On-Site Operations. Connor is a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certified Rescue Diver. He and his wife, Melanie, have an affinity for traveling the world.
