Bryan Tulley is the Project Manager of Development & Construction, bringing over 12 years of experience from the general contractor side of the construction industry. He began his career as an Assistant Project Manager and advanced to Senior Project Manager through dedication and consistent performance. His portfolio includes buildouts for several prominent healthcare providers across Greater Houston, including Kelsey-Seybold, Texas ENT Specialists, and Neighbors Emergency Center, a state-licensed freestanding emergency center with multiple locations throughout Texas.

Bryan is known for his passion, strong character, work ethic, and keen attention to detail. He fosters a team-first culture while consistently delivering high quality projects that exceed client expectations. He plays an active role in project planning and oversight, bringing his expertise to support smooth operations and proactive risk management.

Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, where he was also a member of the baseball team from 2004 to 2008. He lives in Fulshear, Texas with his wife, Courtney, and their two children. In his free time, Bryan enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, working out, golfing, and hunting.
